Selling on ole craigslist

Wow, I just listed stuff that is sitting in our garage and around our house and seriously it is adding up to 1500.00. What??? Now I am on a roll. Course I have plenty of people offering some seedy options that I shall not partake of. This one lady is persistant on receipts and box and first born. Weirdo. Now, I'm all freaked out to have them come to the house to get the stuff. So what experiences have you had with Craigslist? Do you have stalkers now? Tell me all about it? I'm listening.

My favorite listing was : "save a marriage buy an XBOX 360" Chad laughed about the whole thing is supportive of it BUT know that I am not stripping him of his awesome man room abilities. We have a Wii now and I just found out an xbox and playstation just sitting around. This stuff is outta here.

Credit Cards.......ehhh

Alright so Chad and I are finally on the same page or I should say the same book on getting our debt paid off and feeling the sting of our flesh when we can't buy everything we want. I just made the first step of Dave Ramsey and cut up 16 of our Credit cards. We are tired of working to pay off stuff that cost double by the time we paid the card off. Granted, it is a challenge when you need credit as a self employeed person and your client has not paid you yet. This bondage has proven to keep us in the poor house for 12 years now and we are ready to move on to something better. Paying in cash actually feels really good. You see that you only have this amount in your envelope and you make a decision. The ATM is just a swipe away and you have no cares in the world what it is buying of if you actually need all of that stuff.

We have a long way to go but there is something about our debt not getting bigger b/c the card is gone that makes you feel a tinge of hope.

the definition of insanity is: "doing the same thing over and over expecting different results." Well I'm doing something new and it feels great.

Amanda

Welcome to my blog, this is about to get interesting!

Well, how do you sum up all the branches that make up this so called tree Amanda. I would love to tell you. Follow my new blog and we will have many many stories and much much fun. There is a fine line between too much information and not enough. I believe I love shock value and am always jumping around on the other side of the line trying to bring humor and joy into the human that has lost his or hers. What do i want to do with this ole blog? I have always wanted to start writing these stories I have in my head but then I couldn't figure out which topic to choose. One is just too boring for me. I would love to just be myself in the "no judgement" zone and share stories, tales, humor, sadness and the great joys I have in life. If I can be professional, loving, funny and cross the line with no judgement then please join this blog. If not, you bess join a group fits your comfort zone. Oh if you are bothered by improper english, I ain't be doing that you know, college thang each sentence. I say Red marker this!!!

Let's see where this journey will take us.
